The Flies

The Flies began as a studio project in 2005 when Bristol production squad the Insects invited Cook to sing on a track. Being a 21st century band and digital kind of guys, they got a deal with Universal Digital. There have been three digital-only releases, and 28,000 downloads of their tracks during 2006. They played their first gig supporting Massive Attack last summer, they have a full recording deal with Universal offshoot NoCarbon, and their debut album proper is being worked on as we speak.
