Panic8577’s Psyop is an assiduous, bass-heavy and psychedelic album with the intent of bending minds. After enduring a stroke in September of 2018, Psyop’s creation process began, spawning 4 albums and 4 EPs during that span. Panic8577’s latest trance-induced 10-track project is strewn with unconventional beats and thought-provoking punchlines. Documenting points in his life with stories that can't be recanted on tracks like "Black Excellence” and “Daddy,” he shares a journey of life through the eyes of a Black man adapting to his surroundings and grappling to keep his sanity.
